Fuehrer Painting LLC provides residential and commercial painting services including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, staining, and new construction painting in the Dubuque, Iowa area and surrounding Tri-State region.
All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual project estimates and agreements provided before work begins.
Estimates provided — whether in person, by phone, or through this website — are good-faith projections based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was described or if the scope of work changes.
We will always communicate any changes before proceeding. No additional work is performed without your approval.
By scheduling a project, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed-upon times. If access is denied or the project site is not ready, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a trip fee for repeated no-access situations.
Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. Generally:
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, notify us within 7 days of project completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship — it does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control (settling, moisture, substrate failure, etc.).
You may cancel a scheduled project with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already purchased and scheduling impacts.
Fuehrer Painting LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our work, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected area, not to exceed the total contract value. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages resulting from factors outside our control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubuque County, Iowa.
