Walk the project with the GC. Document the paint spec, color selections, and timeline. No assumptions — everything confirmed in writing.

Primer Coat
Full primer coat on all drywall after tape and texture. We hit this phase on schedule so finish work can proceed without waiting on us.

Finish Coat After Trim
Finish walls and ceilings after trim is installed. Crisp cut lines on all casings, base, and crown. Floors and cabinets protected throughout.

Touch-Up After Punch List
We come back after final inspection and address every paint-related punch list item. Same crew, same paint, clean result. No excuses.

Final Approval
